Our goal is to provide reliable shipping, secure packaging, and a positive shopping experience from checkout to delivery.

1. Order Processing

Orders are carefully reviewed, prepared, and packaged before shipment. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be longer.

2. Secure and Protective Packaging

We take pride in packaging orders with care to help minimize the risk of damage during transit. Depending on the products ordered, we use the following protective materials:

• Gemini mailers: Designed to provide sturdy, protective shipping for comic books and other appropriately sized items.

• Thick cardboard boxes: Used for larger orders, graphic novels, regular books, and multiple-item shipments when appropriate.

• Waterproof protective bags: Products are sealed in waterproof bags to help protect against moisture and wet weather conditions.

• Bubble wrap: Used to cushion items and help reduce the risk of impact damage.

• Packing paper: Used to fill empty spaces, secure items, and minimize movement inside shipping containers.

Our packaging process is designed to help your order arrive in the best possible condition. However, no packaging method can guarantee protection against every shipping-related incident.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Orders are shipped using an available shipping carrier and service appropriate for the package size, weight, destination, and shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times, available shipping methods, and shipping charges will be provided during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by the applicable rates and options presented at checkout. Any free-shipping promotions or special shipping offers will be subject to the terms stated in the applicable promotion or product listing.

5. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the package is accepted.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates until their packages have been delivered.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Although we take great care in preparing orders, shipping delays and unexpected delivery issues can occasionally occur.

If your package appears to be lost, is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact B Cubed Comics with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged shipments, please include photographs of the item, shipping box or mailer, and protective packaging when possible.

We will review the information and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. B Cubed Comics cannot guarantee changes to an order's shipping address after the order has been processed or shipped.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if the order has not yet shipped.

8. International Shipping

International shipping availability, costs, and delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout when this option is offered. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country.
